Documents & pricing to submit

1. A complete 30-day menu plan, with the proposed menu for each day, and a separate menu for the large Iftar event.
2. Copies of a valid SFA licence and halal certification, where applicable. Muslim-owned vendors without halal certification should provide proof of Muslim ownership and a valid SFA licence.
3. Itemised pricing per pax for both Dulang and Bento arrangements, covering the stated daily quantities and the 1,000-pax event.
4. All food, delivery, packaging, cutlery, serving equipment and other applicable charges.
5. State GST separately, where applicable. Prices must follow the menu and quantities in the tender.

Shortlisted vendors may be required to provide food samples for tasting.

Required menus

Daily Iftar

• Basmati rice, meat (mutton, beef, chicken or fish) and vegetables.
• Side dish, such as egg or begedil.
• Dessert, such as kuih muih.

One large Iftar event

• Briyani with an equal split of beef and chicken.
• Dessert, such as kuih muih.

• Main dish: basmati rice or noodles, meat (mutton, beef, chicken or fish) and vegetables.
• Side dish, such as egg or begedil.
• Submit quotations for both Dulang and Bento arrangements.

Shortlisted vendors may be required to provide food samples for tasting.

• Personnel with basic first-aid knowledge.
• Provide activities and materials.
• Service for children aged 4–8 years, with a maximum of 25 children per session.

• Control traffic flow.
• Manage crowds.
• Deploy at least four personnel for the stated schedules.
