CANCELLATION OF SOLEMNISATION PACKAGE
If the cancellation is more than 6 months from the event date, the applicant will be given 100% refund of the full amount of the security deposit and setup charges less admin fee of $50.
If the cancellation is less than 6 months but more than 3 months from the event date, 50% of the security deposit is refundable including 100% of the wedding package venue rental.
If the cancellation is less than 3 months from the event date, refund of 50% of the full amount for wedding package venue rental including $100 security deposit.
Cancellation made less than 1 month from the event date are non-refundable.
Cancellation can only be made by the Applicant or his/her representative.
Applicant can send a representative on behalf to cancel the event subject to submission of:
Authorization letter
Copy of Applicant NRIC.
“Applicant” is required to complete the cancellation & refund form.
Refund will be made within 30days of the cancellation date.
SETUP FOR EVENT
The earliest timing is at 9.00am or 1 hour before the commencement of the event.
The mosque allows the “Applicant and/or Caterer” to do set-up one day before the event on a condition the venue is not occupied by the mosque or another client/party.
Setting up the day before event can commence from 7pm to 9pm.
All set-up work must be completed by 9pm.
The set-up duration allowed is 2hours before the day of the event from 7pm onwards.
NO MUSIC is allowed on the event day.
Emcee / Host for the event is allowed at a minimal volume.
Karaoke is not allowed.
Designated area for food and beverage will be allocated for the event.

No “KOMPANG” and/or “Hadra” is allowed to be played within the mosque premises.
No Smoking in the Mosque premises
No footwear in the Mosque area
Decent attire for all guest
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security Deposit has to be made to secure the booking date.
Security Deposit consist of: 1) Cleaning Fee, 2) Booking fee & 3) Admin fee
The amount of $100 from the security deposit is refundable only if
1) There is no damage done on the building facilities,
2) All items are to be cleared including tables and chairs provided by caterer
3) if no cancellation been made.
Refund of Security Deposit can be made 1 week after the Event at Mosque Office by filling up the Refund Request Form.(Refund of Security Deposit will be done through Bank Transfer)
a) $100 will be deducted from the security deposit if the items are not cleared on the day itself.
1) Kindly ensure that the caterer does the buffet line set-up/tear down and clearing of trash within the booking time frame
2) Please arrange with your caterer for buffet tables. We do not provide buffet tables.
3) No on-site cooking.
4) Smoking is prohibited
5) No Washing are allowed
